• This promotion is only available for domestic shipping.
  → If you require international shipping, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
  
• Shipping is generally FREE!
  However, there is an additional charge of 4.00 USD for shipping to islands and remote areas such as Jeju.
• It takes 3-4 business days from order confirmation to product shipment.
• All deliveries are made through CJ Logistics, and a tracking number will be provided.

• This promotion is a collaboration between MAXCLINIC & The Pylon Club!
• During the promotion period, The Pylon Club collects daily orders (as of midnight) and sends them to MAXCLINIC the following day.
  (In the case of Friday, they will be sent on the following Monday.)
• MAXCLINIC will ship the forwarded orders sequentially, and the tracking number will be provided.

• Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing an order.

Return & Refund

Return & Refund Process

• Request return/refund → Receive instructions for product return → Return the product → Inspect the returned product → Process refund.

1. Please understand that once the product is opened or used, it is not eligible for exchange or refund.
2. If you wish to return the product due to a change of mind, please submit the request within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. The return shipping cost for a change of mind is to be borne by the customer.
4. Refund will be processed after the returned product is received and confirmed to have no defects.
5. If the product is damaged during shipping, please take photos immediately and send them to help@thepylonclub.com. We will send a replacement for any product damaged in transit.
6. Refunds may take 3-4 business days to be processed, depending on the payment method.
